Dinning

Best resorts to eat at?

What do you like and how much do you want to spend?

Resort dining options vary from Victoria & Albert's at the GF, which will run you at least $135 per person plus tip, to food courts offering simpler food at relatively modest prices. In between are a variety of character dining options, buffets, signature restaurants, dinner shows and more to suit a wide range of tastes.

I like the sound of the buffets, signature restaurants and dinner shows but also want something kind of special as it is our honeymoon

Some of our favorite buffets are Boma at AKL, Cape May at BC, and Ohana at the Poly. Ohana isn't a buffet, but is all you can eat with the food brought to your table.

For signatures, we love Yachtsman Steakhouse at the YC and Artist Point at the WL. Both offer filet that is amazing and the atmosphere is great at both, IMO.

We've only done one dinner show, which was Spirit of Aloha, and we enjoyed it. We loved the food and thought the show was cute. It's not something we would do every trip, but it was nice to try at least once.

Citricos at GF and the Grand Floridian Cafe. Jikos at AKL. Like the breakfast and
dinner buffet at Cape May Cafe at the BC. California Grill at CR , but its being
redone right now, don't know when it's reopening.

For casual meals (reservations and counter service) I recommend:

Epcot
- Counter service Lunch: La Cantina de San Angel at the Mexico Pavilion. BEST margaritas on property!
- Reservation Lunch & Dinner: Biergarten Restaurant in Germany. Great buffet, beautiful yet fun atmosphere.

Hollywood Studios
- Reservation Lunch & Dinner: 50's Prime Time. The atmosphere is so detailed and fun, be sure to be good to your "cousins" and keep your elbows off the table!

Polynesian Resort
- Reservation Lunch & Dinner: Kona Cafe. Absolutely delicious, with the option to order from the sushi bar. If you like a good drink check out the Tambu Lounge, too!
- Reservation Dinner: O'hana. Family style serving that just keeps coming. Something for everyone there, but it can get a bit loud because a lot of families with younger children eat here.

Boardwalk
- Reservation Dinner: Flying Fish. The absolute best meal I've ever eaten on property. High quality service but still entertaining. We had great servers, hosts and chefs. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose on the menu. And if for some reason you're not satisfied after dinner, the candy shop is right next door... :rolleyes1

Happy Dining!
