Crock pot chicken and dumplings....with carrots. This is the first time I have tried this recipe...so I hope it is a hit....
I would love the sweet and sour meatloaf recipe. I have never made a good meatloaf....they are always too juicy....and mushy...I love a good meatloaf but that only happens when we go out to eat or someone else makes it. I dont know what I do wrong.

I might just finish off the soup I had for lunch. Not sure that I want to hike over to the dining hall in this weather, especially after running around in it all day. I got lazy for lunch (again to avoid the hike to the dining hall in grossness) and picked up one of those Campbells soup at hand things that you microwave, but didn't finish it. So I might finish it and have some peanut butter crackers with it, and a fruit cup or something.

Obviously we're not the only ones in a soup-y mood... or pork, for that matter - we had pork tenderloin last night!

saphire-I'm also making Rachael Ray's chili for dinner. Is it the vegetarian one that calls for beer? That's the one I'm making. Serving it w/baked tortilla chips and sour cream.

Hey, swankybeth...no, this one has ground sirloin in it, but it still has the beer!
