Just curious what dinner times would be best for smaller children? At home, we don't have a set dinner time. With fireworks and being in the parks all day, is it best to eat earlier or later? (We will be doing CS for lunch).
Not sure how old you kids are, but when my kids were 2 and 4, it seemed that off times, like late lunches or early dinners worked best for TS meals. It was less stressful and alot calmer envirnonment. After, they would be pretty much ready to hit the parks again . They were and still are pee wee park commandos.
How old are they?
When my were 2 & 5 early worked best when we were at DW. They were wiped out by end of day. We would start day early since they got up early anyway and not close the parks.
This year they're 7 & 10 and we're planning on staying as late as possible at parks so a later dinner is fine for them.
This routine really worked for us.
1. Breakfast in the room.
2. To the park for rope drop
3. CS lunch btw 11-11:30am. We were always hungry and ready for an A/C break.
4. Tour park until 1-2pm.
5. Back to hotel for rest and swimming.
6. Shower and go to dinner for ADRs btw 5:00pm - 6:00pm
7. Stay at park until 9:00pm or so.
8. Back to room, showers already done to start next day bright and early.
