Dinner Suggestions for Resort area DxDP 1 TS Credit Veggie Friendly Restaurant?

I've done DxDP a few times but I haven't tried everything just yet (but I want to ). I would love to hear your suggestions! I have one spot left to fill and we are 7 months out, haha! I'd like to try something veggie friendly (for me) and delicious, of course! I was looking for resort area, or DTD (everything except Wolfgang, sorry, not a fan...). Looking for a 1 credit TS restaurant because thats what we have left so we'll have a good mix of TS, Signature, Buffet, etc. Hoping the one we pick is a good one since it will be the LAST meal of our trip (insert creepy dun dun dun music here). Comments, suggestions appreciated!

P.S. Not doing Hollywood Studio's this trip (We went 3 times last year!).
