Dinner Reservations

Would I be right in thinking that as we are going in June and hoping that the park stays open till maybe 8/9pm we wouldn't be able to dine in the park for dinner and will have to dine out of the park and if we want to do Walts and Lucky Nugget this is best done at lunch time?

Lucky Nugget will be lunch only, dinner is only offered there during the Summer when the park is open very late or that's whwat I was told when I tried to book Dinner once.
I'm pretty sure people have been able to book Walt's for late pm, early evening during the earlier closing times though.
