We will be at US/IOA the week of Sept 16 do I need to be worried that I haven't booked any dinner reservations. Want to do Margaritaville not sure about anything else. Depends on the kids. Guess the question is should I try and make reservations now? Thanks for the help.

I made ADR's at Margaritaville. You can make them 30 days in advance. i heard not to worry but i wanted to make at least one and then decide on the rest when where there.

There are SO many wonderful places to eat at Universal. The parks, CityWalk and the onsite hotels all have some amazing restaurants. The week you will be there should not be busy at all and you should be able to eat where you want when you want. If you are looking to eat at Emerils or Tchoup Chop I would make that now but anything else the morning of or even just winging it should be more than fine.

I did exactly the same - just 1 ADR while we are staying up at UNiversal - we will be eating at Margaritaville on Saturday evening!
