Dinner reservations with parade view

Hi - I remember a while back someone posted information on the best spots for watching the parade at CA. I've tried searching for it but am having no luck.

Can you still make dinner reservations and view the parade from your table? Which restaurant was it that was on the parade route and did that?

Well, the only places I could imagine seeing the PoD from is Carnation Cafe (although not a good viewing spot unless you're right near the front), and possibly Plaza Inn on the patio, which is counter service.

Edited to add: Guess I should read closer. You mean the DEP in DCA! Uh yeah, Wine Country Trat or Vineyard Room would be your best choices there for sit down restaurant. I prefer a corn dog from the Corn Dog Castle and a spot right on the street!

we have reservations at wine country tattoria in DCAat 8:20..the parade is at 840 we have patio seating,,,we are suppper excited..its our anniversay dinner..kids will b with sitter (we will have them watch parade another nite) the lady at disney said it was a great place to watch!
