Dinner reservations question

We are visiting City Walk in March and I am trying to make dinner reservations for Vivo but I can't seem to get to any dates that far in advance. How close do you have to be to arrival to make them? Thanks!

I think it is only 4 weeks or so in advance.

I'd try calling. But this isn't Disney, you can probably walk up for a table, maybe with a bit of a wait (they'll text you when your table is ready).
