Dinner reservations before wishes dessert party

I am planning on being at MK the whole day..we are having breakfast at KONA then heading to MK.... now should we eat about 1;30 - 2:00 so we can fit in the dessert party...stay in MK or venture over to GF or POLY for a late lunch..and then head back... any thoughs...
