Dinner Reservation Invitations?

I think I've seen on here someone suggesting that you make full page "Dining reservation invitations" for your family and put them up in the hotel on the day that you are going to be going somewhere special? Is that right? I'm not sure what information you need for something like this....could someone guide me towards this?

Ok, dining reservation details are:

For the "Beneteau Family" (Mom, Dad, Grandma, Josh, Jake, Luke and Clarah)

Thursday, May 10 - Mickey's Backyard BBQ at 6:30pm

Saturday, May 12 - Spirit of Polynesian Luau (just for Kim and Todd - Date night) at 8pm

Sunday, May 13 - Chef Mickey - Mother's Day Dinner (to Thank Grandma for our trip, spoiling Grandma with flowers and everything) at 6:50pm.

Tuesday, May 15 - Hollywood & Vine Disney JR Breakfast specifically for the two little ones, Luke and Clarah. Their favourite characters, Jake and the pirates, Einsteins and Special Agent Oso. At 9:10am

Friday, May 11 - Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic Reservations at 5:35pm
