Right now I have Liberty Tree Tavern set for dinner, but I'm re-thinking this. Should I keep this ADR or switch it for Whispering Canyon? It will be me, the dh, our son who is turning 13 and our daughter who is 10. Thanks in advance! :)

I'll bite :) My husband and I do Liberty Tree dinner all the time. We really enjoy the comfort food. However, I have heard that Whispering Canyon is a real hoot with lots of interaction from the staff and what not. If you were planning on staying at the park for EMH, I would just eat at the park...but that's me :confused3. -Amanda

Well thanks Miss Price, for the reply :thumbsup2

To be more clear, we will not be at MK before dinner. We are staying at CSR, going to HS for the morning, then swimming in the afternoon, a nap, then dinner somewhere and EMH @ MK. I booked LT, and I'm just having second thoughts... this is our first trip to the world. We have some great ADR's already (CP, Chefs de France, Flying Fish, Kona, O'hana, etc). I guess I'll figure it out. ;)

I had never done LT but we went just a few days ago and I really liked it! Because it is all you can eat, I imagine the 13y.o. will be in heaven :) Nice selection of homestyle foods, and I think it's a nice relaxing spot to eat before you get up and going again for EMH.

Never been to either, but I've heard many people prefer the lunch menu at LTT to dinner. The only TS places we've eaten around MK are Tony's, Kona, and Spirit of Aloha. Tony's is great as long as you stay away from the marinara sauce, and Kona is also good but the service can be iffy.

what's wrong with the marinara sauce?
