We are going to Disney for my husband's 50th birthday, just the two of us! His birthday is February 11 which will be a Tuesday night.
I'd love to have a special dinner with some type of "good fireworks view." Last May, I went to Disney with my mom. We had dinner at Narcoosees, then after were able to walk out onto the deck and see the fireworks, it was perfect. It would be nice to do that with my husband except:
1. Neither of us eat seafood. My mom loves it, so it made sense to go there and I just ordered a non seafood dish. But with two non seafood eaters...
2. The service at Narcoosees seemed rushed a bit stand offish.
I've been to Citricos once and LOVED it, but it was part of the "dining with an imagineer" dinner. If we do eat at Citricos, is there a place we can watch fireworks from after, with the piped in music and everything?
Or do you have other suggestions for events/meals with "guaranteed good fireworks views" that we could do? I know about California Grill (nothing available right now, and I've heard mixed reviews about it/out of control children) and 'Ohana (I've been and it wasn't for me.) I know about the dessert parties at the Magic Kingdom and am also considering those, but I was just wondering if there is anything else I haven't thought of. Thanks!
