Dinner menu for Fultons Crab House

I just noticed on the dinner menu for Fultons Crab House says how it changes daily. So looking at the dinner menu I see a lot of items are listed, which makes me wonder how will we know what they have on the night we would go, comapred to what we read online? For example we saw the items we would like to order, but what would the chances be of them not being listed the night we were to go there?

I think your best bet is to look over the menu before being seated at the restaurant. Many restaurants change their menu in order to use the freshest food available so you can just get an idea for what may be offered by the online menu and know for sure once you get there.

Thank you for that information. Now let's say we have an ADR there and when we arrive we don't like anything on the menu for that evening do we tell the host we won't be eating there, call WDW-Dining and cancel on the spot, or tell Guest Services in Downtown Disney Marketplace?

Just tell the hostess that you have changed your mind and need to cancel your reservation for the evening. No biggie =)

If I remember correctly, they keep a majority of what is on the menu but they also have several daily specials--depending on what the fresh fish of the day is. I know there are always crab, shrimp and chicken dishes on the menu every time we have been there.
