Dinner in Epcot...which would you choose?

We have a trip planned for May, and with our ADR day fast approaching, our plans have been made aside from our Epcot indecisiveness. We plan to snack around the World Showcase for lunch, but then we'd like to do a table service for dinner. We have four children who are adventurous eaters, so while unique flavors aren't a concern for the children, a more relaxed atmosphere would be better for my youngest who is 3.

We've narrowed our choices down to these 4:
Marrakesh
Le Cellier
Rose & Crown
Chefs de France

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

1. Marrakesh - solid food (not as exotic as I'd like but not standard fare, either), quiet, relaxing
2. Rose & Crown - again, decent food and a relaxed though often noisy environment
3. Chefs de France - not as relaxed as Marrakesh nor is food as good, but you could do worse
4. Le Cellier - crowded (often as in elbow-to-elbow) and is a Signature restaurant so expensive; not what I'd call adventurous eats at all, and certainly not what I'd call a "relaxed atmosphere."

Marrakesh, the food is really good & as stated before the servers are very good with children. The restaurant is also large & the tables well spread out so nobody is on top of anyone else (that's a pet peeve of mine). The entertainment is terrific & the belly dancer also brings up any of the kids who want to dance with her up on to the dance floor.

I wanted so much to love R & C and but find it barely edible. Chefs de France is energetic and the food is reliable. I find the service to be consistently excellent. If you do R & C make sure you get a room INSIDE. Le Cellier is nice but I don't think the steak is so much better than CdF. Morrocan is dinner and a show and more celebratory but I also think that Biergarten would be a blast. I'm sure you can get a shout out and a song from the band who are just terrific. The atmosphere is raucous and the ambiance is so fun. Food is pretty good actually and the huge beer steins and wine selections should make it a contender.
