Dinner for Two!

My DH and I have dinner reservations for our romantic quick trip away at Cinderella's Royal Table. BUT after reading reviews on this board I am very nervous. Since we only have three dinners at Disney I don't want to be dissappointed by the food when I know there are great places to eat. Can anyone suggest a nice restraunt for two in any of the parks or Boardwalk area? Ideally we would love to be able to see fireworks, illuninations or something of that sort when we were dinning, but I know that is a long shot. Any suggestions on Restraunts or reservation times????

You do have a few options.

To see illuminations:
1) PS at Rose and Crown for about 30 to 75 minutes before it starts. Even if you don't have a table with a view, it's easy to walk out and see with out much hassle

2) Eating at the Boardwalk won't allow you to see the show while eating, but it's a short walk back inside Epcot. I love Spoodles, but many others like Flying Fish as well


To see MK Fireworks
1) I liked our dinner at CRT a lot, so since you have the PS, perhaps keep it

2) CA Grill is great, and you can see the fireworks, even without a window table. Again make the PS for 30-75 minutes before the show

California Grill at the Contemporary - make a PS for around 6om and they'll "stretch" your meal out to the fireworks. (our PS was actually for 5 or 5:30...we didn't leave until nearly 8:30! Ask for a seat by the window facing the castle!

For no fireworks:
I love Jiko at the AKL. great food and atmosphere
You could try Artist Pointe at the WL...again, great food - but no fireworks. But I'm almost positive you can see the fireworks from the resort.

Ohanas at the poly and ask for a window seat to see fireworks. Make your PS about an hour before fireworks start. Quite enjoyable.

Bistro de Paris - it is the fancier restaurant, which is upstairs in the France pavillion at Epcot. Very romantic spot and, with a window seat, you can see Illuminations (or, if you finish dinner by 9, you can walk right outside to see Illuminations).
