Dinner before Illuminations Specialty Cruise

Looking for restaurant suggestions for dinner before Illuminations cruise in May. Need to check in at the yacht Club at 7:30 pm and would like somewhere walking distance from the Yacht Club. Considering Yachtsman's Steakhouse and Todd English's Bluezoo. Adventurous eaters in the group...can find something delicious on any menu so no restrictions. Would just like a nice evening out.

We did an Illuminations cruise about 6 years ago for sons birthday and we ate at the Yachtsman beforehand as he loves steak. It was very convenient to head to the boat dock afterwards. It was a great evening and still look back at that with good memories, however it was November and the temperatures suddenly fell and it was freezing on the water!! Have never been so cold in Florida before. You wont have that issue in May though!

Thanks for the suggestion. It's actually our adult kids we've gifted with the cruise while we babysit the grandkids so they want to stretch the night out with dinner first Makes sense to me!

Don't forget Epcot's International Gateway (aka back entrance) is about a 5 minute walk from the Yacht/Beach Club so you also have all the World Showcase restaurants to consider as well. Trattoria Al Forno on the boardwalk is delish too. Enjoy your evening, it sounds great!

So can Uber drop off right at this back entrance?

No, there is no place to be dropped off at the International Gateway entrance. The closest place to be dropped off would probably be the Beach Club. Maybe the Boardwalk.

Il Mulino, BlueZoo or Shula would be my picks before the Cruise. All within walking distance to the dock.
