Dinner at Tune In Lounge??

I just saw on the disney restaurants page that you can eat dinner at the Tune In Lounge, I had no idea thought it was just drinks.

Has anyone done this? So you just sit up at the bar? How hard would it be to get a seat at dinner time for 4 of us? (our trip is early May) Was wondering if this would be an option for us on our arrival day. We hope to get to HS by 5pm to use our FP's and see the Star Wars fireworks show. Hate to make an ADR in case our flight is delayed.

Yes. Quite a lot. You may have difficulty getting 4 seats at the bar though, because they are first come, first served and it's a popular hangout. The bar isn't that large.

I agree about the difficulty in getting 4 seats at the bar. I think it only seats about 12 to 15 total. We usually try for 2 seats for a late lunch (about 1:30 or 2 pm) and usually have to wait for seats to become free. It’s a busy place for walk-in/carry-out bar service along with attracting those who sit at the bar for a meal or drinks with snacks (the onion rings are also quite good).
