Hello! I have never been to MVMCP. We are planning to go this December!

However, the only time I could get dinner at the Liberty Tree Tavern was during MVMCP. I have always wanted to try the character dinner there--I am from Virginia (not too far of a drive from Colonial Williamsburg), and I thought it would be neat to see the characters in colonial costumes.

That being said, I wish I would not have to miss out on any of the festivities at Mickey's party to dine there.

Our dinner reservation is for 8 p.m. Do you think we should go? Will we miss too much of the party festivities?

We have a 4 year old with us. The break for a character dinner might be nice. What do you think? Cancel it or keep it?

i'd suggest that you keep calling back to try and move your reservation up a little. we were able to get 615PM for our MVMCP night. good luck.

Definitely try and change it! You will miss the parade and that is soooo the best part! If you call and try to change ask what times are still available or try the Chrystal Palace. Luv them both!

Thank you so much! I will cancel it then. I didn't know about the parade!

We have a 4:00 p.m. reservation for the Plaza Restaurant, too. That one will work--so I will keep it instead. It seems like a light menu for dinner, but that's okay. I have read some good reviews.
