Dinner at Epcot

We visit one park for one day during our February visits and for 2008 it is going to be Epcot. Where would you recommend going for Dinner if you had to pick a place? We have a family of 4, son, 15, daughter 8, and my wife and I. Oldest daughter is in college and won't be with us this year , thanks for the thoughts.
