I think Robbie's ADR date is 9/5 or 9/6. The 13th will be in her +10 window. I would really hate to book for 25 and have 10 no-shows, but that's just me. I think there a couple of people on the list who haven't firmly committed as it is, so maybe a count-off of some kind would be appropriate

true about the 25-10 ration thats why I was hoping to PM the few who posted and have showed interest in the beginning and see where they stand right now... granted none of us is asked to to commit but just to have a ball park range.. or another option was have 2 adrs of 10 and as we get closer cancel one if 10 or less shows interest... but if everybody have other thoughts about it please come share it with us...

It looks like nobodies36 or Robbie (Donald is #1) could make the initial ADR on 9/5 (if I'm using the calculator correctly), but nobodies36 hasn't posted in this thread since June, so it would be good to confirm that she's still coming. Since she's in Scotland, I don't know how she will be handling two weeks worth of ADRs by trans-atlantic phone calls I can't make one until 9/12 because of the split stay, so if anyone else has an earlier 90-day window, speak up!

Check your addition in Post #2--I've added it up about a dozen times, but I get 21, not 23, and travelin' tigger is listed twice (I should note that I'm not very good at math, so I could easily be wrong )

How about 25 with a couple of backups, say a 22 & an 18... I don't even know how many you can get at one time, but the on-line page says that you have to call for parties larger than 10 (or it may have been 12, not sure). My guess is that you'd have to split it up into more than one table, but the tables would be together Has anyone ever tried to make an ADR for that many people??

I think we for sure will have a minimum of 12 based on the people I've either talked to in person or by PM.

I'm glad that you checked out whether we have to call or not. I was wondering if I could make it via the website or not. Yes, I believe that I can make the reservation on 9/5. I guess that means that I will be up awfully early on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend since I think that the website opens up at 6. I will also be calling that day for Candlelight Processional so calling won't be a problem.


That's a good question: Do we book 1 reservation for 25 or do we split it into 2 reservations?

From a flexibility stand point 2 would be easier, but I wonder if they will split us up on 2 different sides of the room?

Surely if we tell them we're all together, they wouldn't do that...would they???? There has to be a way...

One more suggestion: Since the party is so big, it may be better to make it for 5pm - closer to the time they open, so it won't be super crowded in the restaurant and waiting area when we all get there. Plus it would allow us to have enough time to go to a park after we eat if we wanted.

Sorry, won't be there but you need to list your ressie together. . .they will split you but if you are a party together they will seat you next to each other. . .do not split the ressie if you don't need to.
