I think the Movie and Meal Deal will be PERFECT for the group dance trip I am planning for next year! I love having as much paid for as possible when taking a bunch of teens places to perform.

My question is which of these places do you think a group of tween and teen girls (along with thier families) will enjoy the most? I do have ONE girl that is a VEGETARIAN (out of 40+ people) ... kinda bummed that Motown will be out because they seem to have the most choices but do not have a vegan selection!??

Anyway .... which place do you think is best for my group of dancer tweens and teens?

Thanks! WDWO

Honestly, I looked at this deal once myself. It isn't that great of a bargain. The meals they let you pick from are all fairly inexpensive, and you really are only saving a couple bucks a head if anything. I would recommend not going with that option because I know kids will tend to want whatever isn't on the small menu when they get a glimpse of what else the restaurant has. If I had to recommend one of those restaurants based on the small menu they allow you to pick from, Margaritaville has the best options. However, if you were ordering off the full menu, NBA City has by far the best food in CityWalk.

Just my .02

I appreciate the input but I have taken trips like this before and usually group menus are even more limited than these are. It's just a different animal when you are traveling with so many people and minors in general. Easiest is best. Rather have limited choices honestly. Set ups like this are so much easier from a coordinators standpoint.

Also - if you times $2 or $3 x 40 people that = $120 and that IS a lot of money our group can save and use for something else!

Thanks for the input though ...

I guess I'm looking more for what place would the kids "like" the best as far as "COOL" factor!

I could also let them just go wherever they choose ... but kinda would like it to be a group event.

The tax and tip is included. No extra tipping is required with these. but they do limit your choices. Not always a bad thing, it limits the amount of time you spend ordering. Might I recommend that you hand this list to the group ahead of time so that they are aware what their available options are. And that be agreeing to go on this outing these are the only ones available. I would also suggest taking everyones orders ahead of time and calling ahead with there orders.

And as for the only vegetarian in your group call ahead and see if they make any substitutions for them. I am sure they can come up with some solution. But I would not now or ever let one persons preferences keep the majority from going somewhere that the majority would like to go. And if that does not work as a solution I would have that person pay for her own meal and ticket at time of use.

Just my opinion

Thanks ... yes .. tax and tip .. that is why this is just so much easier for me. They can just all turn in the voucher and I'm done with it, no figuring the bill or who spent what or "Hey I don't have enough money" ... it's covered from stem to stern.

I'm still trying to find out what place has the best "cool" factor.
