we have booked with Thomas cook, how do we get a reservation number, to book our Disney dining.

When I booked with Virgin I had to ring to request the Disney booking ref. When I booked through Expedia they provided it in the confirmation email. So I guess check all your emails and if its not in any of those then give them a call

Just give Thomas Cook a call - I am sure that all the tour operators are use to providing this now so will know what you are asking for.
