What's the current cost of dining with an imagineer?

As of March 2013
Brown Derby lunch $60.99 plus tax and gratuity, prepaid (age 10 and up)
$34.99 plus tax and gratuity, prepaid (age 3-9)

(Not really recommended for young children, although you can bring them. The lunch will take about 3 hours.)

As of May 2013
Flying Fish dinner $85 per person. Didn't find anything on children's prices, tax, or gratuity.

Dining plan not accepted and neither is Tables in Wonderland.

We did the lunch at HBD in October. The prices Nala mentioned sounds about right. The lunch also includes a plate signed by the Imagineer you eat with (the FF dinner charges extra for the plate). Go for it! We had a fantastic time and would happily do it again.
