Dining with an Imagineer Availability

Does anyone have experience with this reservation filling up quickly?

I went to make this reservation on the 60th day, and dining reservation said it was full. I called back to check and another person told me it might be a computer malfunction, because they do not typically sell out this fast. I called tech support, and they said it must be user error by reservations - can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone.

Because it's such limited availability (I think the maximum number of guests accepted is either 10 or 12) one large family or group could conceivably fill up or nearly fill up any specific seating.

I was not able to book my first choice of dates when we went a few years ago. It DOES fill up quickly.

When I went several years ago to Brown Derby we were in the private dining room and the table was big enough for eight people: seven guests plus the imagineer. There were five guests there that day. It was very nice and I would like to do it again. I'm not sure that it is also every day, so that might limit the availability.

It's not every day, only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
