We love the Brown Derby - lunch at noon with an engineer or someone employed by WDW
Has anyone done it ?
Can we order what we like off the menu or is it a set menu ?

When we did it in 2015 there was a menu with choices but it was abbreviated compared to the regular menu

Get Reserved Seating at Festival of the Lion King with New Dining Packages

I believe they still do it on limited days of the week, with a set menu. It was a great experience!
