Dining with a group - can some use the MYW dining plan and others pay case?

What about Hoop dee doo review? Some of us will have the plan and others will not. I wonder if I could just pay upfront for the 2 that are not on the plan.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Everyone in the same room must have the MYW dining plan.

However, if you are traveling with some folks who have the MYW dining plan in there room, and others who do not, I would imagine that they would simply do a separate check for the cash/credit card/room charge party and another check for the MYW group at the table.

As far as the dinner shows, since they are paid in advance, that is definately a question for Disney Dining, since they will do the initial billing.
