We are going to Disney in December with a 4 year old and a 10 month old. We did get free dining, so now I'm curious which restaurants you would try to go to. She loves princesses and everything Disney! Thanks!

We have a 3 and 6 years old and Tusker House dinner is our #1 meal at WDW. Close second is Crystal Palace breakfast (pre-park opening) and for princesses we liked Akershus better than CRT. The interactions with the princesses and the food were better.

I would definitely do Akershus for princesses! Hoopty doo review was a hit at both ten months and two years old for my son. We also really enjoy Tusker House as a character meal. Last suggestion would be Sanaa. The animals provide the kids with a distraction while you and your husband can have a good meal. If you want another princess meal for one table service credit, go see Cinderella at 1900 Park Fare for dinner.

Definitely need to do a Princess meal or two. CRT is the ultimate, to me, because you get to eat inside the castle. I would also consider Crystal Palace for Pooh and friends as well as Hollywood & Vine, if your kids are into Disney Jr characters at all. 1900PF is also a really good choice, as well. One of the better buffets as far as food quality goes and you get a great bunch of characters.

If you ever want to do CRT, do it while you don't have to pay for both kids! I'd love to go back, but it's over $200 for breakfast for the 4 of us and neither of my girls eat enough to keep a bird alive! Akershus is a good option too, but to me, CRT was a much better experience.

Crystal Palace, Pooh and friends, no lines!
TH, characters in safari gear, great selections for children and adults
Askerhaus, for your princess
Hollywood and Dine, characters in Christmas costumes, gets much better food reviews than CM
1900 Park Faire, more at dinner, Cinderella, her Prince, the evil stepmother and sisters.
Very fun!!!
'Ohana, as the kids can get up and play a bit.
BOG, if meeting the beast will not scare her.

Have a magical vacation. I'm sure there will be more great ideas from everyone!

CRT for the princesses and being inside the castle is magical. We love Crystal Palace for brft with Pooh and Tigger, with yummy puffy French Toast and made-to-order omelettes. It also beautiful inside and you ask to sit by the windows to have a view of the castle. You can try for an 8:00 am prepark opening brft for either of these and get some nice pics on Main St. in front of the castle, while it is still not too crowded, then when you come out of brft, you can head right back to Fantasyland to start your day. You can also get a lunch at Be Our Guest, Beauty & the Beast's castle, which is a quick service credit, but you order and they bring the food too you, so it's like a tabLe service. You get to see the three different rooms, and pick where you want to sit.

Tusker House in AK is also awesome for brft with Mickey and friends in Safari gear, and it's right next to the Safari and Lion King show, which you will want to do while you are there. 1900PF in the Grand Floridian has a fun Cinderella dinner with the stepsisters, who are very entertaining. If you go, ask to sit in the Main dining room, closer to buffet and where Cinderella and the Prince sometimes dance, and kids can join in. You can see the giant gingerbread house in the lobby for the holidays that you can see there too. Hollywood and Vine in HS has a Minnie's Holiday Dinner with the characters dressed in beautiful holiday outfits, and a pic with Santa Goofy. The food is so-so, but the characters are great. Earlier times are better, as you wait less when it is not backed up. They also have the brft and lunch with the Disney Jr. gang.

I'm bringing my 2.5DS in Dec too and I have Tusker House, Garden Grill, Crystal Palace and Akershus (DS may like the attention?;)) for breakfast, Coral Reef, Hollywood and Vine, 50s Prime Time Cafe for dinner to mention a few. I was on the fence about Hoop Dee Doo but just do not have the room for it! :) We're also doing a few signature restaurants- Narcoosee's and Morimoto.

I'd do at least one character meal with the princesses if she's princess crazy. It's also such a great way to see several without standing in long lines or using fast passes for the meet and greets. If you want to see the standard Mickey, Minnie bunch it's a great way to knock them out as well. Beyond that issue look at the menus. You know best the kinds of things your family will eat. Allears.net is imo the easiest place to access the menus.
