Dining that can't be missed?

Thanks for the links and all the suggestions. I feel better having a little guidance to narrow down the options. I feel like I need to stay a few extra days just to be able to eat!!!!

We have 3 must do's
- Akershus for Breakfast at Epcot
- Cape May Cafe Breakfast at BC
- California Grill at CR
- Le Cellier at Epcot (we ate here for the first time in December and we can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks).

Here are our family's favorites.

Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree Barbecue: my choice for best counter service in any of the parks
Hollywood Studios - Brown Derby: one of our top choices, don't miss the Cobb Salad and a slice of grapefruit cake
Epcot - Biergarten: especially when the band is playing
Epcot - Les Chefs de France: we went for Remy (which we thoroughly enjoyed) and found the food to be great
Magic Kingdom - Crystal Palace: it's always awesome
Polynesian - 'Ohana: the breakfast with Mickey, Lilo and Stitch
Fort Wilderness - Hoop dee Doo Review: corny jokes, BBQ and free refills on beer and sangria!
Wilderness Lodge - Whispering Canyon: if you get a server who is really into the gimmicks, this one is a blast
Port Orleans - Boatwright's: we were completely surprised at how good this rarely-mentioned place is
