Could someone please point me to the thread where folks are discussing the peak season dining surcharges (if any) for 2011? I know that the week of February 17 has the surcharge for the DDP, but I need to understand better when the higher prices apply for non-DDP folks, and how much money we're talking about. I've done a search, but none of the threads I found had answers (they had only the question), so perhaps the answer is that there is no answer.
