Dining Suggestion MVMCP

Hi, we are coming over for 8 night stay being me, DH, DS14, DD11 and DS18mths, and have plans to get a sitter for youngest when we go to MVMCP. Are we better to just get a CS during the party for dinner or try a TS while we're out without our little one?? We have never been to a special event before and I'm undecided! Please help

I have made reservations on our other nights for Mickey's backyard BBQ (we are staying at the cabins), 1900 Park Fare, Coral Reef, Sci-Fi, and Prime time diner and Narcoosee's.

What do you think? Kids are keen to get "different" character autographs which I read are only at special event parties, as well as enjoy rides etc

We made ADR at Crystal Palace at 4:30 on night of MNSSHP. Rumor has it that you might be admitted at 4:00 into the park if you have MNSSHP tickets. This way we will already be in MK, can eat dinner, do a few things before the party starts! I would go with TS since you don't have the little one....just my opinion. Either way, I'm sure you will have a great time at the yay:

We always go to Crystal Palace on the night that we attend either the Christmas Party or the Halloween Party......the food is great and we have no issues getting into the park earlier then four......We also just find a CM at the front to get our wrist bands......Plenty of time to do dinner and walk around before the festivities start......Like the Previous Poster said......we had either four thirty or five pm reservations also..

We do a big lunch the day of then do counter service for dinner. We like to go go go for the MNSSHP and Xmas party!

We are, as well doing Crystal Palace the night of the party. Our reso is at 4:50 though and I am worried about mising the castle lighting, which is rumored to start anywhere from 5:30-6:00. So I don't want to miss the ceremony but don't want to rush my meal either. Try getting an early reservation where you will done by 5:30.

i vote for counter service. even if you get in at 4 w/ your tix, that's a shortened day. i don't like to waste an hour+ sitting in a restaurant. that's just us though! have a great time no matter what you choose!

We are going to 2 party and I made ADR for CP for the first party night and CRT for the second party night. I would recommend CP since the kids wants to see characters and autographs.
