On a 4 night cruise on the Dream, what night is formal night? What night is pirate night? What night do you repeat the restaurant?

There is no "formal" night on a 4 night cruise. There is a "Dress Up Optional" night, however. Usually night 2, but can vary.

Pirate night is typically night 3.

The dining rotation for the 4 night Dream cruises (in my experience) is 1223. Rotational menus on nights 1,2, and 4. Pirate menu on night 3.
