Dining Rotation on the Wonder

We are sailing on the 4 night Wonder cruise. How do they decide which dining rotation you will be assigned to? We currently have late seating if that matters and have 2 children ages 6 and 8. Does it have anything to do with the size of the party, family vs. couple, ages etc.?

Wow, that's late for kids..you do realize they won't be getting any dinner until approx 9-10pm by the time everyone is seated and all the orders are taken.

If you are seated with other people..they try to match you up to another family..with kids.

I'm not sure if they do the rotation the same for each cruise, but we were on the 4 Day Wonder this Feb. 22 & we had the APTA rotation for the 6pm seating & there were lots of babies & toddlers (our kids are ages 9-16). Last year on the 3 Day we had the TAP rotation, also for the 6pm seating & there were hardly any kids in the restaurants. If you want a specific dining rotation & seating you can request it either through your TA or when you board. ( I think it's better to do it ahead of time). We are going on the 7 day Western this summer & have already requested our dining rotation & seating time. Hope this helps & enjoy your cruise! Cathie & The Gang
