Hi everyone...thanks for your great advice...here are my opinions on where we ate:::

Dinner at the B-line diner at the Peabody Hotel with DMIL, DFIL, DD(2) and DH...My In-laws were staying here so we decided to check out their hotel and have dinner. The lobby was beautiful (but not child friendly) and the ducks were cute...but the food was really lousy. Each entree was $15-$20 and definately not worth the price. I had the Asian bowl, DH had the fish special, and DMIL and DFIL had the chicken special. Even DD did not eat her grilled cheese.

Breakfast - Sticky bun, cereal, and yogurt shared by DD and myself from Mara...hit the spot
Lunch - Mara: African Stew for me (very yummy), chicken plate for DH(He liked it), Chicken sandwich for DMIL (she said it tasted like a chicken sandwich) and pizza for DD (she seemed to like it)
Grade B+
Dinner - Ohana: The last time we were here was about 18 months ago and I feel the changes are for the better. I do miss the lazy susan and the pineapple, but we all thought the meats were moist and tasty (with the exception of the turkey), the salad was great - and we loved the veggies and potatoes. The wings and shrimp were not great...but good. My DD loved the entertaining "lady" and participated in all the activities. The service was quite good.

Breakfast: CRT...this was the best experience of our whole trip. My DD loves princesses so I felt we had to do this one even though it gets mixed reviews. We were running very late for our 10:20 ADR (long story), but I called and let them know. We probably got there at about 10:50...this turned out to be a great thing. We were the last ones there and after our picture was taken Cinderella sat and spoke with my daughter in her lap for about 20 minutes. Breakfast was very good (but we were starving). DD did get a magic wand, and princesses in attendance were Snow White, Fairy Godmother, Belle, and Sleeping Beauty.
Grade - A
Dinner: Casey's Corner...tasty dogs and fries...

Breakfast: Mara - same cereal...
Lunch: Pizza Planet - better than expected. We all liked our pizza and salad.
Grade - B
Dinner: Boma. It was a little hard to tell how this was since DD was having a total meltdown...but I think I liked everything I had...especially the Ginger Carrot soup, meats, salad, and chocolate mouse.
Grade - I think an A-
