We have been back a little over a week now and thought I should post our dining and DDE Savings. There were 6 of us on this trip July 22-30th, DH, DMIL, DD11,DD9,DS8 and myself.
July 22- Dinner @ Planet Hollywood. We were told the wait would be an hour but we really only waited approx. 20min.
DH and DMIL had the BBQ ribs which they said were delish, DDs shared a cheeseburger plate(DD11 not given a child menu), they said it was really good, DS had the kids spaghetti and I had the Shrimp Alfredo and a ceaser salad, the ceaser was really good but the Shrimp Alfredo was dissapointing. Atmosphere was fun.

July23-Breakfast @ Pop Century. We shared 3 Mickey Waffle kids meals with beacon, a bagel, lg OJ and choc milk. We had a big lunch and supper planned so ate light. Was good and because it was early (730am) not busy. Later on in the week we would see how crazy it is @ 10:00 or so!!!!!

Lunch @ PrimeTime Cafe- We had a lot of fun here!!! Our waiter was Tim and he was in character. We had to all go wash our hands (I swore that soap was a light green!) No matter, DH did get fed his greenbeans airplane style, we got some great pics and looked at the family album. DH, DMIL and myself all ate Aunt Liz's Chicken, yummy!!!! DD11 had a stacked sandwich which was huge and very tasty, DD9 had the kids Hot dog and DS8 had the macaroni and cheese. The kids all ordered the Mickey Be-Bop drinks with the electric icecube and MIL ordered a Root Beer float, DH and I had soda.

Supper @ Chef Mickey's-Had to wait here approx. 30 min even with our PS but that was okay, we got our picture taken which we did buy and the kids took pics with Donald in the Lobby area. Character interaction was good and the food was tasty, love those mashed potatoes and the desserts were scrumptious. DD11 charged as an adult which I expected. Kids got electric glow drinks here too! Oh, well, we were on vacation.

Lunch @ Pecos Bill- We were dissapointed here. The kids meal selection is awful, DH and I shared a beacon double cheeseburger, we asked for a second bun which we were not charged for. The kids had the kids meal hot dog and beans, they all said "bluck!" DMIL had a single cheeseburger with fries. The burgers were okay, the fixins are good. We probably wouldn't eat here again.

Supper@Pop-Cheeseburger,Cheese Pizza,Chicken Penne,Chicken Ceaser, Hot dog basket and Pepperoni Pizza. Kids really liked the pizza @ Pop although we had read many negative reviews, their Chicken ceaser salad and cheeseburgers are good.

This was a late breakfast(10:30ish) so we skipped lunch.
Supper@ Les Chefs de France-DH and I. The kids and MIL stayed at Pop to swim and relax. We did not have a PS but walked in around 6:00pm and were seated within 10min. We both ordered The French Menu which consisted of french bread, onion soup(best I have ever had), Rotisserie Chicken and Vanilla creme brulee for dessert. The atmosphere was wonderful, very relaxing and our server was very attentive. DH had a glass of wine and I stuck to diet coke. We would definetly eat here again.

Supper @ Sci-Fi Dine In- Really liked the atmosphere here, the kids thought it was so cool to eat in a car. We had a car to ourselves, DD11 was not given a childs menu. I have to agree with many reviews regarding the food, it was really not very good. DH had a BBQ chicken sandwich, DD11 had the BBQ ribs, DD9 mac/cheese KM, DS8 chicken nuggets/fries KM,MIL was not with us, she opted to relax at Pop, we all had milkshakes except for DD11 who had another electric ice cube drink, all the shakes were very yummy! Lunch@Tusker House(AK)-This was a good counter service restaurant, although all the tables are set up so that you are eating with another family which is kind of different but was okay. TOTAL-42.00
Supper @ Cinderella's Royal Table-Loved this place. When we arrived we were taken to the lobby and we took pics of all of us in the Royal chair, Mary Poppins was also there. The service wasn't great but the food was really good and the atmosphere was really nice, I think just the idea that we were eating in the castle had the kids really excited. DD11 did get a kids menu here. Adults all had the Queen cut prime rib(mmmm....), kids all had the hot dog/fries KM, kids also all had Bippidy Boppidy Boo milkshake drinks in nice souvenir glasses(DS had two of these!). We had the chocolate cake and Cinderella's slipper for dessert.
After paying we went back downstairs and Cinderella was in the lobby so got pics taken with her. Picked up our four souvenir glasses and were off stuffed to the top!

DH and I had the Chillin Pina Colada by the pool on this night, ohmygosh, they are soooo good, I'm glad we did not discover them earlier in the trip or I would have wanted one every night. I am not a drinker, probably hadn't had anything with alcohol in over a year but these were really good.
July 30th was check-out day so we packed up the van and then had Pop for lunch around 11:00 and headed home. Total-21.94 DDE Savings-5.15
I figured we averaged approx. 40/day in snacks for the six of us. Usually a drink or Mickey bar etc..a couple of times/day. We really got our money's worth with the refillable mugs at Pop, the icee machine was working almost every day, I did see it down a couple of evenings.
Total on food was approx. -$1000(including snacks) and I had budgeted a lot more so was really pleased. DDE savings were amazing!!!! 176.32! And we are going back at Christmas so for us it was a great deal.
