dining ressies 180 days?

I keep seeing you can make dining ressies 180 days before your trip.
Do you have to be staying on disney property?

I don't believe so! I think they are for everyone!

No, but if you are staying onsite you can reserve 180 days from your first day, and the next 10 days all at the same time.
