For anyone with experience booking dining reservations with a Disney hotel reservation, how easy or difficult has it been to book popular restaurants like Magellans with the one hour booking advantage over the general public?

I’m debating whether to book restaurants now with my vacation package or wait to try my luck when they open 30 days before my visit.

Leaving next week and most restaurants go very quick even with the advantage. Magellan’s however still has availability for all my dates, especially lunch. Horizon and Sakura are the other two very open.

We booked Magellan’s pretty easily with the 1 hour window. It was for the afternoon, but that’s what we wanted.

Sorry to hijack the thread but how difficult is getting a reservation for the Teddy Roosevelt lounge? This is the only sit down spot that my group wants to do. For context I do not have the vacation package that includes dining reservations.

I think very doable as long as you book when the window opens.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I booked a vacation package that comes with breakfast at the hotel buffet restaurant. I can't tell from the description whether this is just a reservation or if the package includes a paid breakfast? Asking because I'd rather get to the park early than eat a buffet breakfast by myself, but if it's paid as part of my package, I'll scarf down something before I head into the park.

Breakfast is included in packages!
