How hard is it to get CRT for dinner at 60 +4 and Ohana for breakfast at 60+5 for 11 people. We can book next week and I’m starting to wonder if we will have to split up.

With 11, you will almost definitely need to split up. Look for 6 and 6 or 8 and 4.

You'll def want to split it up... I was booking for 11 for the week of Thanksgiving and did 5/6 or even 6/6. I also noticed not everything appeared to be released right at the 60 day window. My booking window opened this past Friday and I was trying for Chef Mickey on 60+5... nothing. I checked this afternoon and there were tons of times with all different party sizes. Boma wasn't available all week either and then today I could book it for any day.

If you have to split, break the group into even number parties, like 6+6 or 4+4+4 - Disney’s software doesn’t like odd numbers, and there’s no penalty for showing up with fewer than booked, as long as at least one person shows up for each ADR.

Make the first (and second, if you’re splitting into more than two parties) ADR in the name of one of the other guests who has their own MDE account, then you’ll be able to book the last party’s ADR in your name.

Then when the time comes, make sure everyone is there 10-15 minutes before the earlier ADR, check in with the CM, not via MDE, and tell them you’re together and would like to be seated as close together as possible. Then be patient - they’ll do their best!
