Is it possible to make dining reservations at The Three Broomsticks of The Leaky Cauldron?
I am trying to decide whether or not to book a Harry Potter vacation package or a normal vacation package. The HP package will end up $170 more, but then also includes breakfast for 3 at both of these restaurants (plus a souvenir owl).
If I book a normal vacation package, will I still be able to make a reservation to eat at either of these restaurants?
