Dining reservations

We are headed to the parks in May and for our anniversary we want to do the WOC dining package at Ariels. How does the dining reservation system work? Are online bookings possible or just by phone? We are in NZ so will be calling internationally, what do we need to make a reservation? Do we pay upfront on the phone or have to make a deposit? Or just a card to secure the booking? Sorry for asking so many questions, we have never made reservations before and are so keen to do this meal!

Unfortunately you will have to call to make the reservation. Unfortunately, no online system for DLR. You don't need to pay upfront, and you don't need a credit card to hold the reservation. Just a first and last name and a contact phone number. I would assume that the rules would be the same for international visitors. HTH!
