Unless you're going at a busy time, reservations are usually not needed. You can however make reservations that day if you wish via the CityWalk kiosk outside of the theater for CityWalk restaurants. Other than Mythos at IOA, you wouldn't need to make reservations for any other park restaurant...again...unless you're going at a busy time.

If you stay in one of the on-site hotels you can call from your room in the morning to get a seating time. The number was in the hotel when we were there. Also, when we were there if it was not Fri, Sat., or Sun. your on-site room key got you priority seating by showing it when you put your name in at the restaurant.

The best thing to do is to show your card everywhere you go.
