Dining reservations for 13 people

I seems that I have more and more trouble booking online for 13 people. I read somewhere that you should call the dining line and ask for group sales if there are more than 9 people in your party. Is there a separate group sales phone number and I assume that I would still wait for my 180 day mark.

I cannot answer that - but I booked for 11 people consistently with no issues, right when it opened at the 180 mark. I booked Primetime, BOG and Tusker house. I was able to book 14 - using 2 separation reservations (9 and 5), reservations for 5 minutes apart for Teppan Edo and Garden Grill. All that to say, don't get discouraged!

I travel with a group of 11 that goes at least every other year. When MDE first launched with the online dining ADRs, the group size did not go up that far online, so I had to call group dining to make many of my ADRs. This is no longer the case, and I have been able to make the ADRs online pretty easily at the 180 mark. I make what I can online and then if there are tricky ones (like Beaches and Cream, for example.. I don't think that one takes 11 people online because there isn't a table that can accomodate that many)... for those I call and book two seperate ADRs (one for 5, one for 6) because online you can't do overlapping ADRs online. But I just call the regular dining line and after I explain the situation they do it easily.

I believe the max group number has changed. A few years ago we had to do all ours over the phone and it took 2 miserable hours on the phone to get 9 days worth of ADRs for about 20 people. This year I had no trouble booking for 14 people on the website. If there are some reservations that are really important to you, or you are having trouble finding a big reservation online, then I would call.
