Maybe this is a fluke, and I'm just too much of a rookie to know any better. My ADR day was a few days ago for Easter week. I was stressing it because I felt what I wanted would be hard to come by...Be Our Guest dinner, 1900 Park Fare breakfast on Easter morning, Chef Mickey's, Ohana, Tusker House, homecoming. I got it all! On the days I wanted, at the times I wanted. This is only my second trip, but I kind of feel like a rock star. I also went on today and booked the HEA Dessert party for one night over our stay, no fuss, no muss. My first trip was three years ago, is it just this much easier now? I'm thrilled, but I don't want to have false confidence in the future. I'm curious about others' experiences who will be in the world on that ever crowded Easter week.

Definitely wasn’t easy for a December trip! Maybe people are going to WDW then instead of the spring this year.

Other than the dessert party (because it's ridiculously expensive), you made great choices. :)

Lol, yes I do feel that pain on my wallet. This is the last trip for my mom and mil, neither of which have pristine health so we made a splurge for their comfort.

:welcome:
Congratulations! on getting your ADR's....:ccat:

I have mostly been able to get what we've wanted over the past few years we've been doing this.....:tink:

Since Ohana is not our type of meal, we've been able to avoid.:charac2:
Sci-Fi has been my nemesis....pirate:
We've been very lucky with Cinderella's Table too.....princess:

In my opinion, Be Our Guest dinner has only become more popular by default - since lunch & breakfast are seemingly the more difficult ADR.:confused3

I am going around Easter as well. I feel like I had an easier time with this trip than I did booking for Oct 2015.

We had issues with the website and had to do everything through the app but overal got everything we wanted. I was able to get Beaches and Cream for arrival day. We only had two people making reservations this time.

When planning for that Oct trip we had 4 people making reservations and I still had to stalk a bunch of things after 180. That trip it definitely seemed like not everything was released at 180 days. A big chunk of Via Napoli ADRs opened up after 180 and I then had my choice of times.

Had the exact same experience for week after Easter for our party of 4. I was up and at it right at 6am, but got an early BOG dinner, Easter lunch at Crystal Palace, final day breakfast at CRT, and dinner at Chef Mickeys our first night. At first the only thing that I couldn't get was a Fantasmic package, but on a whim I checked again Friday and had my pick!

Hopefully the same luck follows us for Fast Passes. Knock on wood.

I will be among the masses with you at Easter and also had no trouble getting BOG, PPO breakfasts, CRT or anything I was looking for. Then again last time I was really late booking so I guess it had to be easier for me =)

Good to hear that fellow spring breakers also had an easy time. Let's keep our fingers crossed for fast passes!

Hi Jesserip,

I'm trying to get a F+ Package at Brown Derby for dinner on 4/6/18 but have been unable to. May I ask what restaurant you go the F+ Package for and was it for lunch or dinner.
