Boy, would I love it if they could somehow set me up here at home with whatever software, etc is needed.
Uncleromulus would never be curt or abrupt, that's for sure.
Should add tho that in all the PS calls we've made over the years, can't recall any truly rude or nasty CM's. A few were "disinterested" and obvioulsy just going thru the motions (and at least one could barely speak a word of English!), but by and large they were fine. And have yet to have any "mix-ups" in any PS we've made.

Don't worry - I am not holding ALL call center CMs responsible for one bad apple. Like I said before, the first one I got was fabulous! The others have been somewhere in between. Several great - you can hear them typing away searching the database. A few others have seemed "put out" by my trying, or that I was bothering them (and you don't hear them searching with the keyboard). But only this one lady was actually rude, saying out loud what I assume many of them think all the time.

It is all OK now, and I love that ya'll were here to listen to my vent. That made me feel better. I am still trying to change a couple of PSs, and I'll still try for Cindy's Gala Feast - and I'm leaving in 5 DAYS!!!

What on earth is PSB??

Princess Story Book - in Epcot - breakfast as usual, but now they have lunch and dinner. The menus are at allears.net. I've actually read some great reviews of this lunch, but I know my family would not like it. Several "princesses" come to each meal - kind of rotate who it is, so you can never be certain, but there is a good variety. Cindy even comes to lunch sometimes.

Although the PS times were limited when I called, my CM was super nice and impressed with my knowledge of what time I wanted, how I knew where I would be, and that I was working around EMH and parades. She asked how I knew all of these and I told her of the fabulous DISboards! She said she would have to check it out! I'm glad my brother told me about this or I would still be in the dark!
