Dining Reservations cancellations?

So I wanted to test something about Disney Dining Reservations, so I cancelled a 8 party reservations for the steakhouse at Epcot to see how long it takes to be put back onto the web site. It's been 30 minutes and the time I cancelled still hasn't re-posted. Does anyone know when they re-post cancellations?

In my experience, any cancelled reservation is available immediately.

I cancelled one online a few days ago and it showed up within minutes. Maybe yours just got snatched up right away, since Le Cellier is pretty popular.
