My 60 day mark is in 2 days. And I was just thinking about reservations, and will I be able to make reservations at a park that I will HOP to and NOT at the park I have a reservation for. Is this doable? If not, I need to rethink what we will be doing for dinners. In the past, we have hopped to Epcot for dinner. Thanks for all info.

It's literally a WHOLE NEW WORLD for us this trip!

Going end of April, so hopefully it will not be as crowded, since Easter is a few weeks earlier.

Keep in mind there is no guarantee you will be able to park hop it depends on capacity and even with an ADR if that other park has reached capacity you will not be allowed in.
Technically yes, that's what Disney has stated. However, no one has reported being denied entry into a park via hopping even if the park is "at capacity". So I would say the chances of that happening are very, very slim.

Disney Food Blog has a report on this issue and their inconclusive conclusion based on CM responses.
