Dining reservations and cancelled MYW package

If I book a MYW package with room, free dining and tickets and I cancel the package before or at the 45 day mark, does that automatically cancel out the dining reservations I made?

Or do you still have to go online and cancel them individually?

I may cancel my MYW package before the full payment is due but want to keep the dining reservations in case we are able to book a last minute trip...

Any advice would be appreciated!

Your dining reservations are safe until you decide to cancel them. They are not tied to your MYW package.

Nothing you do to your package will affect your ADRS. If you intend to not go to WDW during that time, you would need to cancel the ADRs separately. If you don't cancel those that carry a penalty before the cancellation deadline, you'll be charged the penalty.
