Dining reservation questions - need to know for tomorrow

What time can you call Disney Dining in the morning - what time do they start answering phones? What time can you start booking online? Do some busy season days sell out very quickly (e.g., within half an hour)? Thanks so much!

You can make dining reservations 60 days ahead online or calling. The phone lines open up at 7am PST. Some of the special lunch and dinner packages like the Fantasmic and World of Color do book up quickly.

Overall, dining reservations do not book up as quickly. What are you thinking of trying to reserve?

The Fantasmic/Blue Bayou package, the last weekend that it is on before the long closure.

That might sell out pretty quickly, especially since the number of seats is limited. Definitely go for it as soon as the phone lines open to have the best chance and the most choices of times.

I made my BB F! Dining reservations online at 3:00 (PT) in the morning. I don't know what time the phones open up, so this is another alternative.

The F! Dining Package is probably the most popular reservation at DLR, but in most cases, ADRs aren't going to run out in the first half hour of booking. More likely, if you call right when the phones open at 7:00 am, you might be told the date has not yet been loaded into the system. That seems to happen pretty frequently of late. So if that happens, don't worry, just call back (or check online) later. In terms of the online system, it rolls somewhere after midnight, but it doesn't seem like it's a consistent time.

I stayed up to try to book online at midnight, but it didn't work right away, so instead tried calling at 7 AM and got the date/time I asked for! Thanks to those of you who told me phones opened at 7 - I wouldn't have guessed that early, but the phones were already busy at that time and we had to wait on hold awhile. So yay, we got it! Now fingers crossed for good weather so the show isn't cancelled.
