Dining reservation question

Does anyone know the number to make reservations, priority seatings, or whatever they are called, at the Universal restaurants? How far in advance can you call?

I specifically want a reservation at Mythos for lunch.

I called Margaritaville directly and they told me it is 30 days out for that restaurant.
