I might be overthinking this one. If I have a 5 day park ticket can I make all my dining reservations 60 days out from the first day or do I have to go on each day to secure a reservation for the 5 days?

For Disneyland you have to go in each day. It's not a matter of your length of stay- for DLR they don't even release dining reservations more than 60 days out.

ETA: this is different from WDW
Further clarification- I meant it is different from WDW since DLR does not open up for the length of stay. Poorly worded on my part above. Should have said they don’t release dining reservations for anyone more than 60 days out. Days beyond 60 don’t even “exist” for reservations at DLR like you can see them for length of stay at WDW.

Even though 60 days is the said date, some locations don't open reservations right then. It can be a few days to several days after the 60day mark.

Walk Disney World is 60 days as well. They just have the length of stay up to 10 days if staying on property bit.
