Can I make a lunch reservation for Mythos for the day we will be there ahead of time and if so how do I do it? Thanks

I have a booking through Open Table for the Mythos in Oct very easy to do. But I can't book Mama Della's Ristorante it keeps telling I am to early but doesn't say when to do it??

I think Mama Della's is 90 days.

Just an FYI for all the OCD trip planners on DIS. I just made a reservation at Mythos 30 days out on Open Table. I waited because everyone said it was different that WDW. The times available were way more limited than expected. I was able to get a reservation but not the times I wanted. They really only had something available at 3:00 and 3:45. I was able to get a 4:45 but on the day that I was going to have as a non-park day. No biggie as I am being "flexible" this trip.

I just checked on that today too. We are going at the end of the month and I only saw late afternoon times. Maybe calling would work better. I might try that. I wonder if walk up reservations are available.

Calling will generally just get you an answering machine. There are only 4 restaurants in the Universal parks that take reservations, so there isn't somebody manning the phone at all times.

They do take walk up reservations and if you are staying onsite, you get priority seating.

I already made my reservations for October via open tables.

I didn't realize it closed so early. Maybe I will switch to lunch.

You will be fine.

In all our visits we have never made any reservation for any restaurant and never had a problem.

Our longest wait ever was 20 mins for Margaritaville one night in July and that was without showing our hotel room key for priority seating.

I`m talking about Universal here as we don`t go to Disney.
